I just wanted to drop a note to tell you how impressed and pleased I am with the quality of the people you have chosed to work at Autohaus.
As you know, I have rather in -depth automotive background having worked in senior management at VW AG in Wolfburg, Germany. Being a "car guy", the quality of the cars I drive has always been high on my list of priorities. I feel lucky to have found your organization.
I purchaed my 2001 Carrera from you in July of 2005. The car has been excellent and only the normal "wear and tear" itmes have ever required service. This brings me to a specific point about Autohaus.
Gary and his service team are outstanding. Every time I have brought in my car, Gary has done an excellent job of making sure my car was serviced to my satisfaction. As I know quite a bit about the mechanical side of cars, I can tell you that Gary's knowledge is excellent and he is a very capable and gunine mechanic. Porsches are not easy cars to master and Gary's depth of their systems, design and intricacies is par excellance.
I have every confidence that when I bring in my car to his department, he will solve the issue and do it in a timely and friendly manner.
I look forward to continuing my support of Autohaus.
